Return/Exchange Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving to request a return in following conditions:
1) Package received in bad condition
2) Stain or any marks on the fabric
3) Fabric color or design not matching against Purchase order design
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you have received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to share proper images of the issue with our support team and based on mutual agreement, we will trigger the process of return. We will provide the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Â

Clauses For Returns
1. Returns shall be acceptable only when there is a defect or damage with respect to the fabric.
2. Only Fabric above 4 meters are eligible for return.
3. The fabric should be unwashed, unstitched and in unused
4. Tags should be exact as sent during shipment
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items Not Covered Under Return/ Exchange
1. Grey/Greige Dobby and Lurex fabric which are both unprocessed and raw products. In bulk quantity (>100 meters), which are used for dying may expect mill marking on the fabric. This is method manufacturing use with respect to greige items.
 2. Our cotton fabrics are pure cotton fabrics may lead to 4% shrinkage
 3. We do not accept fabrics in case of change of mind or didn’t like the product. All the specifications from minor to major will be mentioned in fabric catalogue. Kindly read the same for any query.

Cancellation before Shipment
1. In case of change of mind, order can be cancelled within 24 Hours of placing the order. Only if fabric is not cut. The amount shall be credited back to the source with no question ask
 2. Any change in shipment address can also be communicated to us within 24 hours of placing the order
