At Fabric Hugs, we believe the purest form of expressing warmth and love is through the hugs of beautiful fabric.
RETURN POLICY
We have a team of proficient people to ensure the fabric we send must have exact and accurate measurements, defect free passing through strict quality check, and without any damage.
Yet, if any time the fabric purchased are not per the specifications or did not meet the desired expectation, you may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at help.fabrichugs@gmail.com mentioning :

The mail should be submitted within 4 days from the date of receiving the fabric.

Clauses For Returns
1. Returns shall be acceptable only when there is a defect or damage with respect to the fabric.
2. Only Fabric above 4 meters are eligible for return.
3. The fabric should be unwashed, unstitched and in unused
4. Tags should be exact as sent in shipment
REFUND POLICY
Fabric Hugs shall arrange pickup from your location mentioned in the final invoice and mail the copy of the same.
1. Once fabric is received back at our store we offer two methods of refunds:
A Issue a Happy credit note which client can claim in the next purchase within 1 year of the date of issue
B. Else, we can transfer back into the bank account / source
The same shall be communicated over the mail within 48 hours of receipt of the fabric. NEFT returns usually take 1-2 days to reflect back in the source
Items Not Covered Under Return/ Exchange
1. In case of Grey/Greige Dobby and Lurex fabric which are both unprocessed and raw products. Only in bulk quality above 100 meters which are used for dying may expect mill marking on the fabric. This is method manufacture uses with respect to greige items
2. Our cotton fabrics are pure cotton fabrics may lead to 4% shrinkage
3. We do not accept fabrics in case of change of mind or didn’t like the product. All the specifications from minor to major will be mentioned in fabric catalogue. Kindly read the same for any query.
Cancellation before Shipment
1. In case of change of mind, order can be cancelled within 24 Hours of placing the order. Only if fabric is not cut. The amount shall be credited back to the source with no question ask
2. Any change in shipment address can also be communicated to us within 24 hours of placing the order
